Abstract

Today, small devices like raspberry pi, sensor and actuator, equipped with computational power and network capabilities are enabling an emerging technology, a so-called Internet of Things. The Internet of Things enables new solutions like smart home, smart factory and smart city for lots of problems. Such environment has the ability to recognize changing conditions and performs immediate actions, depend on the defined domain logic in the environment. To achieve such smart environment, a lot of complex tasks are involved: devices registration in the environment, devices data monitoring, construction of data workflows that represent domain logic and their execution to ensures the right automatic decision-making inside the environment. This thesis works on the logic execution aspect, by introduce a concept and an implementation of services executing such logic. Integration of the to be implemented services into existing tools is also an important part of the thesis to achieve a full executable data workflow. To ensures that the implementation successes, an evaluation is also performed.
