Abstract

There are various factors that influence memorability and recallability. If one wants to improve how much information they can remember, it’s important to understand how to interpret that information. The shape and layout of the graphs plays a very important role in making a certain visual information memorable, but that’s not the only major factor. In fact, how to observe information visualizations could be just as important if not more in retaining information. Therefore, a good visual exploration strategy could improve our recallability score, while a bad one might negatively affect it.
