| Abstract | Diese Diplomarbeit beinhaltet die Untersuchung von Prozessen in der Softwarewartung. Es wurden fünf Wartungsprojekte in der Industrie betrachtet und der Ist-Zustand erfasst. Danach erfolgte ein Vergleich mit der Literatur. Von besonderem Interesse war die Betrachtung von Softwaresystemen, die sich schon längere Zeit in der Wartung befinden. Zum Zeitpunkt der Untersuchung war das jüngste System acht Jahre und das älteste System über 30 Jahre alt.
