| Kurzfassung | Product-service systems (PSS) have been claimed as an interesting strategy for reaching sustainable differentiation. Migrating from a manufacturing company to a solution provider through PSS offerings raises different challenges, especially for the supply chain. This paper describes a road-map that helps a manufacturing organization to: 1. evaluate a PSS as a strategic choice; 2. define the service part of the product-service bundle and; 3. delineate the most important supply chain design variables.
