Kurzfassung | The process to identify and author patterns often involves multiple domain experts. This paper introduces PatternPedia – a collaborative tool chain to document existing solutions and manage patterns abstracted from them. We present an extensible pattern metamodel specified in UML to enable this tool support. Sample metamodel extensions are covered for the domain of cloud computing and costumes in films to capture concrete existing solutions and patterns in these domains. Respective solution repositories and pattern repositories have been implemented based on these metamodel extensions. Support for pattern document display, pattern reference visualization, as well as queries on the costume solution repository are presented.
