| Abstract | In this report a sequential algorithm and several parallel algorithms for short range molecular dynamic are presented. For every algorithm a program was developed and all programs were tested on different types of parallel computers, like clusters, clusters with ParaStation4 Software, and on a CRAY T3E computer.
