| Abstract | In der Diplomarbeit Nr. 2020 von Alexander Till wurde ein Notifikationsdienst erarbeitet und in Java implementiert. Hierbei wurde Apache/SOAP (Tomcat Servlet/JSP Container) als Basis eines Java-basierten Web Services verwendet. Als Kommunikationsprotokolle wurden sowohl HTTP/SOAP als auch reines TCP/IP implementiert. Der Fokus dieser Studienarbeit liegt nun in der Abbildung dieser Komponenten in die .NETWelt von Microsoft. Dabei wurden XML Web Services verwendet, um die Nodes (NotificationNode,AdvertisementRegisterNode und NotificationReceiverNode) zu implementieren. Anschließend wurde die Performance der beiden Implementierungen verglichen und die Interoperabilität der Implementierungen getestet.
