With the development of Cloud computing, an increasing number of enterprises and organizations consider to migrate their applications to the Cloud in order to scale with demand and reduce their capital expenses. A decision support system is in many cases required to help users to find a cost-efficient offering among the Cloud services which provide similar features. Toward this goal, this report presents the functionalities offered by two systems developed during the last years: a set of decision support services offered as the Nefolog system, and a migration decision support Web application called MiDSuS. Nefolog services help users to find a matching offering between user demands and the collected data in a knowledge base, and to calculate the estimated costs for using each candidate offering given a usage profile. The Nefolog services are exposed as Web APIs (in a RESTful manner) and are used by the MiDSuS system which focuses on identifying the best cost for a migration project among different migration types.
