The Paginated_Output package is used to create paginated output files. When such a file is created, the page length, page header length, and page footer length are specified. Several operations are provided for setting or replacing the header or footer text. An escape sequence may be used to insert text in the header or footer texts. Left, right, and center alignment is also supported. A very large number of operations is provided. Refer to the package specification for a complete description of these operations.
