ABSTRACT

This collection of packages implements an Ada-like command
line interface. It is described in detail in the May-June 1990
issue of Ada Letters. Command lines may employ positional
notation or named parameter association:

   verb arg1 arg2 ... argn
or:
   verb (input=>"arg1", result=>"argn");

This release includes all reusable components necessary to
compile the interface for a VAX/VMS target using DEC Ada.
The component file COMPILE.ORDER gives the compilation order,
and there is a test driver which shows a typical way to use
this reusable component.
