ABSTRACT

This module implements the commonly-available UUDecode utility in Ada.
UUDecode converts text files to binary files from e-mail and
other text only media. Versions of UUDecode are available for most
hardware platforms and source code is already publicly available in
C, Pascal and Basic (and probably other languages). The Ada version
was based on the C version found in:

ftp://oak.oakland.edu/SimTel/msdos/starter/uudecode.c
