Abstract

The goal of the Nexus Event Service is to detect state change in services including the distributed Nexus Location Service. So far only state change on an isolated location service node can be detected. This work presents a model for distributed observation of events tailored to Nexus. With this model state change in a distributed set of location service nodes can be detected.
